About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Aviation Ground Support Specialist to join our team at Atlantic Aviation. As a Ramp Service Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airport facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aircraft Support Services: Provide ground support services to customers, including fueling, defueling, baggage and cargo handling, aircraft towing, and marshalling signals for aircraft parking.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate all company ground support equipment, including lavatory and water service carts, ground power units, and deice trucks.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting with aircraft scheduling and fueling, and ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure all buildings and grounds are safe, clean, and organized, conducting daily/weekly onsite safety inspections and audits of equipment and facility operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Age: 18 years of age
  • Driver's License: Valid state driver's license
  • Physical Abilities: Comfortable and physically able to work in an environment with frequent walking, stretching, bending, sitting, stooping, reaching, grasping, and climbing, with the ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
