Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to district staff and students
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain network devices and systems
- Develop and implement technical solutions to improve network performance and security
- Collaborate with IT team to ensure seamless integration of new technologies
- A+ Certification
- At least two years of training and experience in technology
- Experience with Windows 10/11, Mac OS X, Chromebooks, and iPads
- Strong computer, organizational, written, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Knowledge in computer and Chromebook repair
- Experience with network printing
- Ability to learn and utilize new software as systems are upgraded
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate excellent public relations
- Multi-task oriented
$23.11 per hour, competitive benefit package
