  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the patient experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or front-desk role.
  • Excellent computer proficiency, including MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with employees, patients, and the general public.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Google Forms.
  • Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given.
