Help Desk Associate

The City of New York, NY is seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Associate to join their team. As a Help Desk Associate, you will be responsible for processing document submissions for data correction and completing data entry into databases.
**Required Qualifications:**
- A four-year high school diploma or its equivalent approved by a State's department of education or a recognized accrediting organization
- One year of satisfactory clerical experience
**Preferred Skills:
- Excellent phone, computer and writing skills
- Good communication & organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to time frames
This position is also open to qualified persons with a disability who are eligible for the 55-a Program.
**Additional Information:**
The City of New York, NY offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, as a prospective employee, you may be eligible for federal loan forgiveness programs and state repayment assistance programs.
