As a Senior Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our clients. You will work closely with a global team to implement consistent IT standards and procedures, ensuring high levels of security and system availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Providing technical support for IT hardware and corporate software, including prioritizing and responding to service requests according to internal procedures.">
  • Using Global Service Desk software to manage workload and update service requests with detailed resolutions.">
  • Assisting users on IT corporate software and providing new hire orientation on IT standards and processes.">
  • Maintaining the internal Wiki with procedures, documentation, and knowledge base with issue resolution.">
  • Operating video conferencing equipment and setting up VC meetings upon request.">
  • Providing mobile device support for Android/iOS and experience with provisioning service and coordinating with carriers.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 7 or more years of experience in technical field support, help desk, and administration roles in IT.">
  • Excellent technical skills with minimum 2-7 years' experience with server virtualization (VMware 6.X), desktop virtualization (Citrix 7.12), network administration with Windows 7, Windows Server 2012, MS Exchange 2010, Active Directory environment, and LAN/WAN Cisco VoIP networks.">
  • Organized and detail-oriented self-starter with excellent client service and interaction skills.">
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on quick problem resolution.">
  • Experience providing mobile device support for Android/iOS and experience with provisioning service and coordinating with carriers.">
  • Good knowledge of IT standards, practices, principles, and security aspects.">
  • Cisco, Citrix, and VMware certifications a plus.">
