Job Summary

We are seeking a Help Desk Operations Coordinator to join our IT team in New York City. This role involves coordinating help desk operations, managing service requests, and ensuring seamless service delivery to our employees.

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, requiring the ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team. You will be expected to provide timely reports to IT management and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate help desk operations to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Manage service requests from inception to completion within Service Level Objectives (Service Level Management)
  • Assist in maintaining inventory management and change management procedures
  • Report critical issues, SLO breaches, and Service Opportunities to IT management

Requirements:
  • Customer service skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Basic experience with Microsoft desktop operating systems and Office Automation tools
  • Mobile device support (Apple iOS and Android)
  • Strong communications and relationship building ability

The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000 - $48,000 per year.
