Job Description:

The City of New York is seeking a skilled Help Desk Associate to join our team. As a member of our Division of Family and Child Health, you will play a vital role in supporting the creation and oversight of programs, policies, services, and environments that promote physical and socio-emotional health, and primary and reproductive health services, health equity, social justice, safety, and well-being for New York City families and children.

This role will involve processing document submissions for data correction, completing data entry into databases, creating reports, and conducting special projects as assigned. You will be working closely with our team to ensure the efficient and effective management of our systems and data.

We are looking for a candidate with a four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent and one year of satisfactory clerical experience. You will also need to possess keyboard familiarity with the ability to type at a minimum of 100 key strokes (20 words) per minute.
