About the Position
Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP is seeking a talented IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to employees and collaborating with other IT professionals to resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities
• Provide technical assistance to employees via phone, email, or in-person
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate calls to the next level of service when necessary
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex technical issues
• Participate in IT special projects and contribute to the development of technical documentation

Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in help desk support, preferably within a law firm or professional services organization
• College degree in Information Systems, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong understanding of Microsoft desktop products, including Windows 10 and Office 2016
• Experience with MS Outlook E-mail Client operating in Microsoft O365 Exchange environment

What We Offer
The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 per year. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401K, disability, and life insurance, and Paid Time Off (PTO).
