About the Job
We are looking for a highly skilled Help Desk Professional to join our Professional Services division in New York. As a member of our Help Desk team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and documenting incidents in our Help Desk ticketing system.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via chat, email, and telephone to clients
- Troubleshoot and repair client issues remotely using support utilities
- Document incidents accurately in the Help Desk ticketing system
- Collaborate with the Help Desk team to resolve complex issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge base documentation
Requirements and Qualifications
- 1 year experience troubleshooting and supporting Mac/iOS devices in a business or education environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification preferred
- Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment
Salary and Benefits
- $45,000-55,000 annually
