About the Position
We are seeking a Finance Analyst with a strong analytical mindset, collaborative spirit, and a focus on business outcomes. The incumbent will be tasked with the design and implementation of financial controls, ensuring alignment between accounting practices and business strategies. Additionally, they will uphold compliance with corporate policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis and Support: Manage and oversee investments and expenditures in specific P&L lines in collaboration with relevant departments. Assist category managers in project evaluations and scenario analyses.
- Financial Process Execution: Engage in the budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned P&L lines. Contribute to the monthly financial consolidation (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and long-term financial planning. Actively participate in management reviews, providing critical insights based on data from various departments.
- Process Definition and Improvement: Aid in the development and assessment of KPIs and Dashboards (using SAP, Excel, and Power BI). Help establish reporting standards and content in alignment with Corporate Finance. Prepare and deliver operational financial information to the leadership team.
- Adhere to Essity's control standards and other relevant policies, including MICR and legal regulations.
Who You Are
- Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Finance or Business, including leadership roles.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial principles (P&L, Cash Flow, Working Capital).
- Experience in supporting commercial sectors, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong financial acumen and accounting expertise.
- Experience in complex matrix organizations and diverse cultural environments.
- High proficiency in IT systems (Financial consolidation systems, BW, SAP preferred, MS Office).
- Familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
