BCI Acrylic is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our West Territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and recruiting new dealers in the West territory.

Responsibilities
  • Learn and implement our sales and business development methodology, with comprehensive training provided.
  • Manage individual dealers and help their local businesses thrive.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions with authorized dealers.
  • Travel overnight to support dealers and expand our presence in the West territory.
Requirements
  • At least three to five years of experience in in-home sales with home improvement building products.
  • Maintain a valid and clean driving record.
  • Strong time management and self-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently from a home office.
  • Solid communication and presentation skills.
  • Driver's License (Required).
Compensation Package
  • Competitive salary: $250,000 base + 5% commission on growth quarterly.
