Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Cascade Windows. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a designated territory, servicing existing customer base, establishing relationships with new and potential customers, and growing sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales presentations, proposals, and reports to customers and management
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the building products industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including CRM, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
