Territory Sales Manager

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing designated territories, servicing existing customer bases, establishing relationships with new and potential customers, and driving sales revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends
- Prepare and present customized sales presentations to customers and prospects
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- 3+ years of direct outside sales experience, preferably in the building products industry
- Proven track record of sales success and achievement of sales goals
- Strong knowledge of the building products industry and sales management principles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
