Territory Sales Manager

PTS Diagnostics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service and product development, to improve the overall customer experience.
- Travel within the assigned territory to support and guide customers and distributors.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales and marketing techniques.
- Develop innovative sales strategies to increase sales within the assigned territory.
- Ensure brand awareness within the assigned territory meets company expectations.
- Utilize CRM software to maintain and develop assigned territory.
- Qualify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and tracking of customer activity.
- Deliver product presentations and engage decision-makers to support overall sales objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- One to three years of experience in sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret general business correspondence, periodicals, and professional journals.
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and maintain attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a home-based environment and travel within the assigned territory as needed.
