Job Summary

The Sales Territory Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth in retail and rental equipment sales, as well as maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships within assigned territories. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and a proven ability to build and maintain a network of business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and quotes to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous sales experience in heavy construction equipment or construction field preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
