Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing designated territories, servicing existing customer bases, establishing relationships with new and potential customers, and driving sales revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and present customized sales presentations to customers and prospects
  • Manage sales administration and historical records
  • Submit weekly sales reports and provide regular updates to management
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3 years, or more, proven direct outside sales experience, preferably in the building products industry
  • A thorough knowledge of the building products industry and sales management experience in both the dealer, distribution, and/or two step channels of the business, dependent upon brand
  • Problem solving and sales negotiation skills a must
  • General knowledge of major competitive brands
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience with sales planning, budgeting, and T&E expense management
  • Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Solid time management skills
  • Adept at prioritizing multiple responsibilities
  • Interpersonal and teamwork skills are essential
  • Strong personal motivation and ethics
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including CRM, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills and enjoys working with people
