We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our mission of improving the health of children and families.

Position Overview

Join a vibrant and fast-paced environment in our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), where we deliver top-tier critical care to pediatric patients with both congenital and acquired heart conditions. Our unit also caters to adults with congenital heart issues during their immediate post-operative phase. As one of the largest and most technologically advanced facilities for critically ill pediatric cardiac patients in the western United States, we serve over 750 patients annually. Our CVICU currently operates with 29 beds, with plans for future expansion.

Our Pediatric Heart Transplant program is enhanced by the Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Therapies (PACT) program, which offers innovative circulatory assist devices as alternatives or bridges to transplant. Our team is recognized nationally for its expertise in managing these complex cases.

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) team consists of 19 skilled Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) who collaborate effectively to deliver exceptional care. With over 90 years of combined experience in nursing and pediatric cardiology, our team members have diverse interests, including research, ventricular assist devices, and the care of neonates and chronically critically ill patients. We are looking for team-oriented professionals who share our enthusiasm for pediatric cardiac intensive care and are eager to contribute to a dynamic and supportive environment.
