VetJobs is actively seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our dedicated team.

In this pivotal role, the Revenue Operations Specialist will be instrumental in establishing a framework for our Revenue teams to achieve scalable success.

The primary responsibilities include managing the implementation, integration, and enhancement of our revenue technology systems, ensuring smooth data flow, streamlined processes, and maximized revenue potential.

Your analytical expertise will be crucial in developing efficient processes and reporting systems that deliver essential insights to inform decision-making across marketing, sales, and customer success.


Key Responsibilities:
The Revenue Operations Specialist will undertake the following tasks:

  • Oversee the entire revenue technology ecosystem, including our CRM platform, customer data systems, marketing automation tools, and other sales support software.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, client success, and finance to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
  • Facilitate optimal integration of technologies to enable seamless data flow and accessibility, supporting comprehensive reporting and data-driven decision-making.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and training materials to ensure consistent and effective utilization of the revenue technology stack.
  • Monitor and enhance the performance of the revenue technology systems, conducting regular evaluations to identify and resolve any issues.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in revenue operations and technology to continually refine and innovate our processes.
  • Provide training and support to team members on the effective use of technology in their roles, fostering a culture of technological proficiency and innovation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the revenue technology stack, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, data inconsistencies, and process inefficiencies.

Qualifications:

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a comparable role with a focus on technology management.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A solid understanding of sales and marketing processes and their integration with technology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively across various departments and organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience in process automation and workflow optimization.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of leading technology implementations and enhancements.

  • Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant fields.
  • Additional experience with other CRM or marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in a dynamic or high-growth technology environment.
