Key Responsibilities- Reporting and Insights: Support the marketing and e-commerce teams with comprehensive reporting on a weekly and monthly basis, delivering actionable insights on marketing campaign performance and customer behavior.
- Workflow Automation: Enhance reporting efficiency and scalability by automating existing workflows and dashboards.
- Data Quality and Integrity: Proactively pursue data quality, troubleshoot data validation, and ensure the reliability of data analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including E-commerce, Marketing, Merchandising, and Finance, to align on business goals, KPIs, and strategies.
- Data Pipelines and Integration: Develop and maintain data pipelines between Big Commerce, Big Query, and Looker, ensuring a seamless flow of data and maintaining data integrity.
- Dashboard Development: Implement complex data structures and models in Looker and/or PowerBI to create interactive dashboards and visualizations that provide actionable insights for marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce decisions.
- Performance Optimization: Work closely with the Performance Marketing Team, providing data-driven strategic insights to optimize campaigns and improve total website ROI.
- Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis, marketing analytics, and e-commerce industry, and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in website, e-commerce, and/or digital marketing analytics, or other business intelligence field.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience working with premium consumer brands and a deep understanding of digital metrics, analytics, and performance measurement.
- Technical Skills: Experience writing custom calculations with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Looker, or Tableau.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality, proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 5%.
- Google Marketing Platform Experience: Experience with Google Marketing Platform applications.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages.
- Website Data Layer Architecture: Familiarity with website data layer architecture.
