Position Overview:
Intertek is seeking a skilled Revenue Operations Specialist to enhance our Wisetail team. This role is pivotal in establishing our Revenue teams for sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
The Revenue Operations Specialist will take charge of the following:

  • Oversee the entire revenue technology ecosystem, including CRM systems, customer data platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Collaborate with various departments such as sales, marketing, client success, and finance to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
  • Facilitate optimal integration of technologies to enable seamless data flow and accessibility, supporting comprehensive reporting and data-driven decision-making.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and training materials to ensure consistent and effective utilization of the revenue tech stack.
  • Monitor and enhance the performance of the revenue technology stack, conducting regular audits to identify and resolve any issues.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in revenue operations and technology to continuously refine and innovate our processes.
  • Provide training and support to team members on the effective use of technology in their roles, fostering a culture of technological proficiency and innovation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the revenue tech stack, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, data discrepancies, and process inefficiencies.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role with a focus on technology management.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A solid understanding of sales and marketing processes and their integration with technology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across various departments and organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience in process automation and workflow optimization.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of leading technology implementations and optimizations.

Additional Information:
This is a remote position; however, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degrees or certifications in related fields and additional experience with other CRM or marketing automation platforms are advantageous.
