What You'll Do:

The Revenue Operations Specialist will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Manage and oversee the entire revenue technology stack, including CRM systems, customer data platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Facilitate optimal integration of technologies to support robust reporting and data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and training materials.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of the revenue tech stack, conducting regular audits.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in revenue operations and technology.
  • Train and support team members on the effective use of technology in their roles.
  • Implement strategies to optimize the revenue tech stack in alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues and process bottlenecks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations with a focus on technology management.
  • 1-2 years of experience administering CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of sales and marketing processes and their integration with technology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools.
  • Experience with process automation and workflow optimization.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project management skills.


This position is remote; however, applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degrees or certifications in related fields.
  • Experience with additional CRM or marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth technology company.
