Position Summary:
As a Community Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of our residential properties. Your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding service, maintain resident satisfaction, and ensure efficient operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing effective leasing and marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy rates.
  • Overseeing and mentoring maintenance and leasing teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Evaluating lease applications to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Monitoring market trends to enhance property performance.
  • Maximizing revenue while managing operational costs.
  • Providing top-notch customer service to residents, addressing their concerns promptly.
  • Supervising maintenance operations to uphold quality service standards.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and negotiating service contracts.
  • Coordinating resident engagement activities and communication.
  • Preparing financial and marketing reports for stakeholders.
  • Managing property budgets in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Conducting regular inspections to maintain property aesthetics and address maintenance issues.
  • Collaborating with leadership on recruitment and employee management.
  • Assisting other properties as necessary to achieve operational objectives.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily property management.
  • Experience with Low Income Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties is preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficient in Yardi Property Management Software.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is essential.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Demonstrated integrity and commitment to teamwork and customer service.
Compensation:
  • Competitive salary range of $65,000 to $70,000 annually, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
  • Performance-based bonuses available, rewarding dedication and hard work.
