Position: Front Desk Agent

As a vital member of our team at Qonten, the Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at maintaining a welcoming and efficient front office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the company’s multi-line telephone system, efficiently directing calls and taking messages as needed.
  2. Screen visitors at the front entrance, ensuring security protocols are followed while warmly welcoming guests.
  3. Handle special deliveries and pickups, signing for packages and ensuring proper documentation.
  4. Exhibit exemplary customer service skills while interacting with residents, family members, facility staff, and medical personnel.
  5. Perform daily clerical tasks, which may include faxing and other administrative duties.
