Position: Employee Relations Partner

Location: Remote

Contract Duration: 12+ Months

The anticipated compensation for this role is in the range of $40.00/hour to $42.00/hour.

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer strategic counsel to management and People Business Partners (PBPs) on sensitive employee relations issues, including performance management, misconduct, interpersonal disputes, and accommodations.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into intricate employment matters, collaborating with PBPs, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to best practices and achieve favorable outcomes for both the organization and its employees.
  • Lead workforce transformation initiatives in partnership with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, risk management, and support for leaders and employees throughout the process.
  • Utilize HR analytics and data to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership and People team colleagues.
  • Assist with internal projects and initiatives as required.
  • Champion equitable and fair treatment, ensuring alignment with the company's core values: Disrupt, Execute, Inclusion, Collaboration, and Integrity.

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in employee relations, either in an HRBP or advisory capacity, or equivalent experience as an employment attorney.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust and influence across all organizational levels.
  • Proven experience in conducting investigations and advising on a variety of sensitive employee relations matters, including performance management and behavioral issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute change management programs, with strong prioritization and time management skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for leveraging data to drive positive business outcomes.
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment law, compliance, and best practices in employee relations.
  • Proven track record of effectively coaching leaders in sensitive or ambiguous situations.

  • Legal degree
  • Global experience in employee relations
  • Project management experience
