Sales Account Liaison

The primary responsibility of the Account Manager is to support the sales process by collaborating with Account Executives. This involves assisting with customer relations, sales opportunities, and internal coordination. The Account Manager will work closely with various departments and external vendors to achieve sales goals and build customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to deliver services that align with company objectives.
- Maintain customer relationships by providing information on promotions and new products.
- Schedule meetings with customers and prospective customers as requested.
- Manage customer files and maintain accurate sales contract information.
- Assist in running day-to-day activities, such as pre-qualifying new opportunities and coordinating internal resources.
- Provide proposals and quotations for less complex solutions.
- Understand and adhere to security and operational policies.
- 1-2 years of sales experience.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Technology background or experience is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize work.
- Highly organized and professional.
- Ability to work independently and exercise discretion.
