Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at Channel Personnel Services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the chemical industry.
  • Conduct technical sales presentations to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
  • Drive market penetration through targeted sales campaigns and initiatives.
  • Lead negotiations with customers to secure favorable deals and work closely with the legal and finance teams to finalize contracts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field with a technical background in chemistry.
  • 10 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to provide clear numerical projections and work with ambitious sales goals.
