About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospice Community Liaison to join our team at ABetterHomeCare. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new referral sources, maintaining existing relationships, and promoting our hospice services throughout the healthcare community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to focus on patients with a critical need for hospice services.
  • Meet with families to introduce, evaluate, and educate on hospice services, and facilitate admission of critical need hospice patients from these accounts.
  • Organize community education seminars specific to critical end of life, disease progression, and palliative care.
  • Attend marketing meetings and execute the marketing plan for assigned territory.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited college/university or minimum of 2 years experience in Hospice with pre-existing accounts already established.
  • Quota driven.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Excellent observation, verbal, and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs.
  • Knowledge of Kinnser or ability to develop within the first four weeks of employment.
  • Valid Driver License.
  • Demonstrate success in Hospice marketing role or equivalent health care industry.
  • Nursing experience is a plus.
