Senior Sales Leader

About the Role
The Senior Sales Leader will provide leadership to the sales group throughout the South Central Region, focusing on account management and sales closing techniques. This role reports to the Vice President of Sales and involves strategic account management and divisional customer analysis. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business and at least 6+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial consumable products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
- Develop and execute sales forecasts and business plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business.
- At least 6+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial consumable products.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
