Job Title: Customer Service Liaison
About the Role:
Texas Truck Center, a family-owned and operated business since 1988, is seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk duties, including greeting customers and handling switchboard operations
- Conduct preliminary customer interviews with prospects
- Administrate inventory and maintain a current customer relations database
- Produce temporary Buyers Tags and monitor Google logs
- Coordinate transportation and build detailed customer quotes
- Support sales and administrative staff, as well as the service department
Requirements:
- Exemplary customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize workloads and multitask
- Positive attitude and open communication style
- High initiative and motivation
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
