Job Title: Customer Service Liaison

About the Role:

Texas Truck Center, a family-owned and operated business since 1988, is seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk duties, including greeting customers and handling switchboard operations
  • Conduct preliminary customer interviews with prospects
  • Administrate inventory and maintain a current customer relations database
  • Produce temporary Buyers Tags and monitor Google logs
  • Coordinate transportation and build detailed customer quotes
  • Support sales and administrative staff, as well as the service department

Requirements:

  • Exemplary customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and multitask
  • Positive attitude and open communication style
  • High initiative and motivation

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
