Position Summary
The Branch Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our members. This position requires a strong understanding of branch resources to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork. Responsibilities include overseeing operational and sales functions, developing team members, and executing marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Uphold and demonstrate AAA's core values and guiding principles.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and scheduling branch staff.
- Promote team engagement and community involvement.
- Provide feedback and support for team member performance and development.
- Drive sales results and manage branch operations to meet established goals.
- Foster a performance-oriented culture through effective management practices.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for performance evaluation.
- Assume full managerial responsibilities in the absence of the branch manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Manage facility requests and budgets for branch operations.
- Enforce conduct and performance standards, addressing issues proactively.

Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability in business decision-making and problem-solving.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decisions.
- Ability to collaborate across various business units.
- Exceptional planning and project management capabilities.
- Adaptability to change and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
- Knowledge of insurance, membership sales, and branch operations.
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to mentor others.
- Proficient in Google Apps Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Slides).

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Valid Driver's License.
- P&C License preferred.
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience in relevant industries.

Work Environment
- Office-based role, requiring extended periods of sitting at a desk or workstation.
- May involve travel for meetings or conferences.
- Significant time spent using a personal computer.
