Role Overview
As the Branch Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping branch performance and fostering community relationships. You will serve as a prominent representative of Redwood Credit Union, actively engaging with local organizations that share our commitment to community improvement. Your leadership will ensure that our Members receive exceptional service, establishing Redwood Credit Union as a trusted name in the community.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Service Management
- Oversee branch operations, personnel, and resources to guarantee outstanding service delivery to all Members and stakeholders.
- Drive branch goal attainment by promoting effective cross-selling of RCU products and services.
- Distribute assigned objectives among branch staff to ensure collective success.
- Foster a culture of sales and service excellence through coaching and recognition of staff achievements.
- Build and maintain relationships with influential community contacts.
Branch Administration
- Facilitate ongoing training and development for branch staff.
- Organize and lead regular staff meetings to ensure clear communication.
- Ensure staff comprehends vital organizational updates.
- Analyze performance reports to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection of qualified personnel.
- Conduct performance evaluations and manage merit increases for staff.
Branch Operations Oversight
- Evaluate and enhance the efficient use of branch resources.
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures to achieve satisfactory branch audits.
- Protect Member information by adhering to confidentiality protocols.
- Support branch staff in fulfilling their responsibilities, including performing tasks as necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Experience in directing and supervising others.
- In-depth knowledge of contemporary sales management principles.
- Familiarity with business development strategies and program implementation.
- Comprehensive understanding of branch operations policies.
Licenses and Certifications
- Valid California driver's license.
- Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry as required by federal law.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will possess a combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of four years in financial services management or operational leadership.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this position ranges from $109,000 to $143,000 annually, based on experience. This role is also eligible for a 15% Geographic Differential. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
