As the Branch Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping branch performance and fostering community involvement. Key Responsibilities
Sales and Service Management
- Oversee branch operations, staff, and resources to guarantee exceptional service delivery to all Members, volunteers, internal staff, and service partners.
- Drive branch goals by ensuring staff effectively promotes RCU products and services, including RCU Investment Services, RCU Insurance Services, and RCU Auto Services.
- Distribute assigned objectives among branch personnel to achieve overall branch targets.
- Foster a robust sales and service culture by mentoring, recognizing, and rewarding staff for their accomplishments.
- Build and maintain relationships with key community stakeholders.
Branch Administration
- Facilitate ongoing training and development for staff.
- Organize, communicate, and execute regular team meetings.
- Ensure staff receives and comprehends essential organizational updates.
- Analyze weekly/monthly reports to assess branch performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Engage in the recruitment, interviewing, selection, and hiring of qualified candidates.
- Conduct performance evaluations and recommend merit increases for branch personnel.
Branch Operations Oversight
- Evaluate and implement cost-effective and efficient resource utilization within the branch.
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures to maintain acceptable branch audit standards.
- Protect Member information and uphold confidentiality by adhering to established protocols.
- Support branch staff in fulfilling their job responsibilities, including performing necessary functions as required.
Minimum Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Proficient in directing and supervising others.
- Comprehensive understanding of modern sales management principles and practices.
- Knowledge of business development methodologies and program implementation.
- Thorough familiarity with branch operations policies and procedures.
Licenses and Certifications
- Possession of a valid California driver's license.
- Ability to obtain and maintain registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry in accordance with Federal Law, including the SAFE ACT and NCUA part 761.
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a closely related field, along with over four years of experience in managing financial services, sales, or operational management.
Compensation: The base starting salary ranges from $109,000 to $143,000 annually, based on experience. This position is also eligible for a 15% Geographic Differential.
