Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the performance of direct reports, including Inside Sales Representatives and Drivers.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years in sales and operational roles.
  • Basic understanding of the construction rental equipment sector or related fields.
  • Strong leadership and motivational capabilities.
  • Exceptional customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Additional Information: This role is classified as Safety Sensitive according to United Rentals policies. Compensation: Competitive salary range of $69,000 to $111,525.00.
