Position Overview

As the Branch Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping branch performance and fostering community connections. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that our Members receive exceptional service and that our branch stands as a beacon of support within the community.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Service Management

  • Oversee branch operations, staff, and resources to guarantee outstanding service delivery to all Members and stakeholders.
  • Drive branch goals by promoting effective cross-selling of our diverse range of products and services.
  • Distribute assigned targets among branch personnel to ensure collective achievement.
  • Encourage a culture of sales and service excellence through coaching and recognition of staff accomplishments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influential community contacts.

Branch Administration

  • Facilitate ongoing training and professional development for branch staff.
  • Organize and lead regular staff meetings to ensure clear communication.
  • Ensure staff is well-informed about organizational updates and changes.
  • Analyze performance reports to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Engage in the recruitment and selection of qualified candidates for branch positions.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and manage merit increases for team members.

Branch Operations Oversight

  • Assess and optimize the utilization of branch resources for cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures to maintain branch audit standards.
  • Protect Member information by adhering to confidentiality protocols.
  • Support staff in their roles, ensuring they can fulfill their responsibilities effectively.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Strong supervisory skills with a comprehensive understanding of sales management principles.
  • Knowledge of business development strategies and program implementation.
  • Familiarity with branch operations policies and procedures.

Licenses and Certifications

  • Valid California driver's license.
  • Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry as required by federal law.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will possess a combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, along with over four years of experience in financial services management.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting salary for this position ranges from $109,000 to $143,000 annually, depending on experience. Additionally, this role is eligible for a 15% Geographic Differential.
