Sales Representative

Mendon Truck Leasing and Rental, a leading provider of refrigerated fleet solutions, is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining client satisfaction.
The successful candidate will provide detailed information to clients about our diverse range of vehicles and their features. By building strong customer relationships and leveraging your product knowledge, you will play a crucial role in maximizing vehicle sales for our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales pipeline to achieve sales and profitability objectives by effectively managing new and existing accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate client needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Provide excellent customer service, developing strong and long-term client relationships.
- Quickly and accurately handle client inquiries.
- Act as the liaison between clients and Mendon Truck Leasing and Rental.
Requirements and Skills:
- Sales experience in the trucking and transportation industry is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Consultant or relevant role.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong negotiation and customer service expertise.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and MS Office.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- Strong interpersonal and telephone etiquette skills and building rapport with customers,
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Valid Driver's License & a vehicle is required: the Sales Rep will be reimbursed for all work- related driving costs.
- A high school diploma is required.

Compensation: $50,000 + Uncapped Commission
