About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team at Kinseth Hospitality. As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will play a key role in assisting our hotel sales department with various administrative and sales duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales reports, including tracking and analyzing sales data.
  • Coordinate and execute sales promotions, events, and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, including responding to inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including researching and targeting new markets and clients.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of sales kits, client gifts, and other marketing materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including maintaining accurate records and files, and performing other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
