Sales and Marketing Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team at Kinseth Hospitality. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our hotel sales department with various administrative and sales duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, report preparation, and filing.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and prepare sales materials, including sales kits and client gifts.
- Assist with the preparation of sales reports and updates to reader boards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, including sales reports and customer information.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the sales team or management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Working Conditions:
The Sales Coordinator will work in a hotel environment and will be required to stand for long periods, use hands to handle and grasp objects, and talk or hear. The employee will frequently be required to walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend or twist, smell, and to push, pull or lift over 10 pounds. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
