Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Food and Beverage, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring timely and efficient service, and maintaining high-quality products. You will also be responsible for accurately recording all guest transactions using our point-of-sale system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain a Service Culture: Foster a culture that prioritizes superior internal and external guest service among team members.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the department adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures.
  • Complete Assigned Tasks: Perform assigned side work and checklist duties.
  • Provide Excellent Guest Service: Ring in guests in a timely manner, accurately according to tender, and make eye contact with guests when possible.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Environment: Keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Manage Revenue and Inventory: Follow company policies related to dealing with received revenue, signing out banks or drawers, and closing out revenue centers. Use Point Of Sale InfoGenesis systems to manage inventory and ordering.
  • Stay Informed about Promotions and Events: Maintain knowledge of all promotions and events.
  • Perform Other Duties as Assigned: Complete other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills.
  • Conflict Resolution: Ability to professionally handle situations that may arise due to intoxicated guests.
  • Training and Certification: Must be able to successfully complete TIPS training and receive a Basset Card.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability: Able to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical and Environmental Requirements
  • Physical Mobility: Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations.
  • Visual and Auditory Cues: Respond to visual and aural cues.
  • Language Skills: Read, write, speak, and understand English.
