Job Title: Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Pop-Up Talent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in commercial sales, preferably in the janitorial products industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success and achievement of sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
