About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Strategic Accounts to join our team at Generali Global Assistance. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget and Expense Management: Develop and manage budgets and expenses for assigned accounts, ensuring accurate tracking and accountability.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and balancing strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and their impact on our portfolio, providing recommendations for product strategy.
  • Business Reviews: Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with support from our Business Intelligence team.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including direct reinsurance, policy forms, and actuaries, to develop and implement product development and risk management strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Work with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Account Strategy: Develop and maintain annual Account Strategy Plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Competitor Analysis: Obtain knowledge of competitor services and products, developing strategies to enhance our offerings.
  • Renewal Strategies: Establish and implement renewal strategies, ensuring seamless communication with external and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Account Management Experience: 4-7 years of account management experience in products and services, with a preference for leisure travel market experience.
  • Client Management: Proven client management and client advocacy experience, with a focus on presenting solutions to C-level and other decision-makers.
  • MBB or Big 4 Consulting Experience: Proven success in MBB or Big 4 consulting experience, with a focus on developing and implementing strategic plans.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Commercial Policies: Knowledge of commercial policies, with a focus on developing and implementing effective strategies.
Travel Requirements
