Position Overview:

This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Fullstory is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to enhance and maintain comprehensive processes for agile financial planning, forecasting, and analytics.

The key responsibilities of this position will encompass a balanced combination of essential FP&A workflows and reporting, along with driving and supporting strategic projects.

This is a prominent, impactful role that will work closely with various teams to foster positive business results.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excel in a dynamic environment, and show significant potential for future advancement.


Daily Responsibilities:

Identify, lead, and/or assist in initiatives aimed at continuously enhancing, automating, and scaling financial modeling and reporting tools, processes, and methodologies.

Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Corporate FP&A to prepare, present, and consistently enhance the quality and efficiency of our core reporting outputs.

Engage cross-functionally to integrate data inputs, perspectives, and business objectives to model financial outcomes, risks, and opportunities.

Support all financial planning activities related to budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.

Act as a steward for our financial planning tool, Anaplan, managing day-to-day operations and implementing long-term system enhancements. Assist in building, updating, and maintaining reports and forecasting modules within the system.


Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field such as FP&A, banking, accounting, or consulting.

Quick learner of new systems; prior experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker) is a plus or a willingness to learn.

Strong organizational, analytical, and project management capabilities with a proven ability to solve problems both independently and collaboratively.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to the ever-changing landscape of business priorities and requests.

Open to iterative processes and willing to incorporate feedback and changes continuously.


Impact in 6 Months:

Develop a solid understanding of our specific use case for Anaplan (financial planning software) after achieving Model Builder Level 1 and 2 certifications within the initial onboarding period.

Proactively identify opportunities for improvement within our reporting, planning, and forecasting processes, providing recommendations to address identified gaps.


Impact in 12 Months:

Lead and/or support a variety of reporting and process workflows, resulting in measurable enhancements in the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of FP&A deliverables.

Gain expert knowledge of all data sources that contribute to FP&A reporting (Anaplan, Looker, NetSuite, CaptivateIQ, etc.).
