Role Overview
The Go-To-Market Finance team serves as a vital business ally to the wider Go-To-Market (GTM) organization at Sonos. Our primary objective is to assist the sales, marketing, and operations teams in meeting Sonos' strategic and financial objectives.

This position is integral to the GTM FP&A team, acting as a reliable business partner to the Professional division, with a focus on enhancing and expanding our Installed Solutions channel that caters to both residential and commercial clients.

The Senior Analyst will engage cross-functionally with various teams to promote sustainable, profitable growth and informed decision-making. Additionally, due to the collaborative nature of the Professional division, this role will support Product initiatives across a range of strategic opportunities, new product introductions, and service offerings.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global Professional sales and marketing teams to assess risks, identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and evaluate business cases, always seeking to enhance revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Partner closely with operations and sales teams to construct, validate, and analyze our demand forecasts from both a unit and financial perspective.
- Take ownership of our financial forecasting assumptions and the monthly review of revenue actuals versus forecasts, working in tandem with our accounting team to comprehend results and provide insights, while collaborating with the GTM team to anticipate forecast adjustments.
- Support the Professional team by developing scalable and repeatable models to monitor performance, assess business cases, and enhance forecast accuracy.
- Assist in product, feature, and technology expansion initiatives within the Professional business unit.
- Create and maintain operational forecasting models in Excel for New Service Initiatives.
- Undertake ad hoc projects that support key business partners across Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Go-To-Market teams with various financial needs, analyses, and navigation through accounting and data.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in FP&A, revenue accounting, operations, consulting, or a related area.
- Strong proficiency in Excel modeling and analysis.
- Familiarity with full P&L management, budget oversight, and accounting principles.
- Proven capability to work collaboratively across functions, effectively communicating with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Self-motivated with a passion for teamwork to achieve optimal outcomes while balancing key constraints.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SQL or other data querying languages; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Experience with Anaplan or similar financial planning software.
- A meticulous approach with a high level of attention to detail, able to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity with a willingness to ask questions.

Compensation and Benefits
