POSITION SUMMARY:
We are in search of a dedicated, fully remote Senior Financial Analyst to enhance our expanding Finance department at TIGER 21.

This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and is pivotal within the Finance team.

As a private equity-backed entity, TIGER 21 is committed to upholding a superior standard of financial reporting for the Executive Leadership team and Board of Directors.

This position entails overseeing the reporting, forecasting, and analysis of TIGER 21's operational performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Oversee all facets of financial reporting and key performance indicators for the Executive team and Board of Directors.
2. Formulate internal budgets, forecasts, and comprehensive reports.
3. Develop departmental, functional, and segment profit and loss statements along with analyses, including dashboards that emphasize performance, profitability, and trends.
4. Create reporting metrics and other key performance indicators to facilitate business management.
5. Collaborate with leaders across the organization to support business decisions through financial insights, business intelligence, and data analytics.
6. Work with the IT / Data Analytics team to compile, organize, and analyze operational data to generate actionable insights for business leaders.
7. Provide senior leadership with relevant information and ad-hoc analyses to aid in business decision-making.
8. Assist in preparing materials for quarterly Executive Team and Board Meetings.
9. Calculate, prepare, and process monthly compensation disbursements for independent contractors along with related accounting entries.
10. Engage with contractors to communicate and approve payment amounts and address inquiries as necessary.
11. Organize, audit, and maintain financial information in Excel and other enterprise-level software applications while analyzing data for insights and trends.
12. Assist with month-end accounting entries, procedures, audits, and other miscellaneous finance and accounting tasks as required.

DESIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
1. Fundamental understanding of accrual accounting in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
2. Exceptional financial analysis skills, solid grasp of corporate finance concepts, and extensive knowledge of financial analysis tools and techniques.
3. Highly proficient in Excel with advanced financial modeling and data mining capabilities; proficient in PowerPoint.
4. Ability to translate high-level concepts into financial or operational models.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of synthesizing and presenting data clearly.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills, able to engage with team members of varying seniority and analytical ability.

DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
1. 2-4 years of experience in corporate financial planning and analysis or corporate development; alternatively, 1-2 years in investment banking, strategic consulting, private equity, or transaction advisory diligence work.
2. Practical experience with professional accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) and other ERP systems.
3. Prior experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
4. Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting with a strong academic record.
