KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee various financial operations including budgeting, auditing, forecasting, and analytical tasks.
Gather and evaluate financial information from diverse sources.
Develop, maintain, and update financial databases and spreadsheets, generating necessary financial reports.
Assess projected staffing hours, contract totals, revenues, and profit margins for assigned contracts.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Assist managers in tracking, monitoring, and reporting financial data as needed.

Conduct audits and evaluations of direct and indirect costs, reviewing practices and procedures to ensure timely processing of labor and non-labor charges.

May involve risk identification and recovery tasks.
Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; or a combination of education, training, and relevant work experience.
Experience in financial analysis at either program or corporate levels.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with financial systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in government contracting is preferred.
Knowledge of Oracle systems is advantageous.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $79,200 - $118,800. However, this is not a guarantee of compensation.

Salary will be determined based on experience, geographic location, and potentially contractual requirements, and may fall outside this range.
