KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee various financial operations including budgeting, auditing, forecasting, and analysis.
Gather and assess financial information from diverse sources.
Develop, maintain, and update financial databases and spreadsheets, generating necessary financial reports.
Evaluate projected staff hours, contract totals, revenues, and profit margins for assigned contracts.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Assist managers in managing, tracking, monitoring, and reporting financial data as required.

Conduct audits and analyses of direct and indirect costs, reviewing practices and procedures to ensure that labor and non-labor charges are approved, allowable, and processed promptly.

May involve risk identification and recovery tasks.
Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures, as well as compliance with government regulations.
Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience; or a combination of education, training, and relevant work experience.
Experience in financial analysis at the program or corporate level.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with financial systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in government contracting is preferred.
Knowledge of Oracle systems is a plus.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $79,200 - $118,800. However, this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.

Salary will be determined based on experience, geographic location, and potentially contractual requirements, and may fall outside this range.
