PAPER is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to contribute to our financial strategies.

As part of a streamlined and agile team, you will play a crucial role in the formulation and upkeep of budgets, forecasts, and financial models aimed at enhancing operational efficiency through the use of Anaplan software.

The ideal candidate will exhibit meticulous attention to detail, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate a keen interest in problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain financial planning and reporting models utilizing Pigment, our financial planning software.
- Act as a finance business partner to departmental leaders, aiding them in strategic and financial planning discussions, including budget and forecast management.
- Evaluate trends, results, and variances between forecasts and actuals, providing insights to leadership while identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the accounting team during the monthly closing process to ensure the accuracy of financial data and its integration into Pigment.
- Oversee the sales commission payout process.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business growth and pinpoint opportunities for efficiency and enhancement.
- Assist in documenting departmental policies and procedures, as well as new corporate policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in FP&A or related fields (strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting, corporate development).
- Proficient in financial modeling with experience in tools such as Pigment, Anaplan, and Tableau.
- Familiarity with NetSuite is essential.
- Experience in SaaS or high-growth technology companies is preferred.
- Ability to foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and departmental leaders.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is adaptable to ambiguity; possesses a proactive, hands-on approach.
