About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Procter & Gamble. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing our business with distributors, hospitality, healthcare, restaurants, and other independent businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business building ideas and sell these ideas to our accounts
  • Manage the implementation of business ideas
  • Work closely with a multi-functional Customer Team to provide resources needed to develop a new and successful way of doing business
  • Influence the customer's marketing, finance, logistics, and other critical business decisions
  • Become knowledgeable in advertising, promotions, finance, and merchandising, as well as develop expertise in areas such as product knowledge and technical support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Residence in the local market territory
  • Travel Requirement: 95% of time in the field; 20% travel - 1 day per week overnight
  • Experience in a field-based sales position
  • Previous experience in the food service sales area
  • Experience in the JanSan industries, hospitality, healthcare, food service, and working with distributors
  • Spanish proficiency (oral/written)
