About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Padlet. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, executing outreach through email and social media, conducting product demos to prospects, representing the company at conferences, and supporting sales leadership in closing deals.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new leads through research and outreach efforts
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the value of Padlet's products
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development
  • Proven track record of success in generating new leads and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of sales software and tools, including CRM systems
