About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at Jan-Pro Franchise Development of San Francisco. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the San Francisco Bay Area, leveraging your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to drive sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new business leads, developing and executing customized sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with our inside sales team to drive sales growth and revenue, leveraging our prospecting and deal-closing tools to achieve success.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments, applying this knowledge to drive sales and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of over-achieving quota, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to take control, teach, tailor, and use constructive tension to drive sales and revenue growth.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year, with opportunities for commission pay and bonuses.
