Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at SMS. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of business ownership experience and/or face-to-face direct sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not necessary
  • Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work effectively with little or no supervision
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships, particularly with business owners, presidents, and CEO's
  • Good communicator with excellent listening skills and ability to uncover the real 'pain' a client might be experiencing
